OUR SERVICES

We empower people’s life stories. Hearten encourages people to lead a life of greater independence. We understand life choices are unique to each individuals and personal challenges require different responses. Therefore, we offer a variety of DDD services that enable individuals with developmental disabilities to choose and customize a plan that best suits their needs.

Day Program

Our program is designed to enhance the lives of our participants. The activities are engaging and focused on increasing skills and confidence.

Community Inclusion

Our integrated community inclusion services are an exciting and engaging way to participate in everyday community life.

Community-Based

Provides individualized one-on-one support with trained staff. Activities and support are customized to each person’s needs and interests, at home and in their local community.

Individual Supports

Provides individualized one-on-one support with trained staff for individuals residing in group homes or their own homes.

Respite

Respite provides additional relief for parents and guardians.

Career Planning

Engages the participant in a discovery process to help identify a career direction with a goal to develop a plan for achieving competitive employment.

Prevocational Training

Offers a hands-on skill building experience that trains participants in an integrated work and community setting. job-skill training.

Supported Employment

Assists participants to obtain and maintain a paid job in an integrated work setting. Services include job coaching, travel training, and other
